Just because something is common (aka you pee when you sneeze), doesn’t mean it’s optimal - or that you need to live with it. 

You’ve probably heard “you had a baby, it’s normal to pee when you sneeze” or “this (insert bowel, bladder, or sexual health dysfunction here) is just how it is”.

Root to Bloom will help you reach all of your goals - like chasing your kids or exercising without leaking - while helping you discover how to take care of you, even if you have kid(s) to take care of.

Hey there! I’m Katie.

I’m a pelvic health physical therapist and yoga instructor specializing in the perinatal period.

There is so much contradictory information and fearmongering around pregnancy and the postpartum period. I know it can be overwhelming.

At Root to Bloom I curate an individualized treatment plan based on your needs, goals, available time, and desires - you won’t get a generic handout, or be stuck with whatever goals your insurance company has.

When you call Root to Bloom, I’ll always be the one answers, so you will never be stuck on the phone with a computer system or someone who only cares about your date of birth and insurance plan.
